Dale Dufty

Dale practices in both criminal and civil law, specialising in complex cases.

He has experience in a broad range of criminal cases, including those involving allegations of murder, drug manufacture/importation, sexual violation, serious violence, and fraud. He has conducted numerous jury trials and hearings.

Dale has appeared in many civil proceedings relating to regulatory breaches, discipline, employment, proceeds of crime, judicial review and claims under the Bill of Rights Act.

He has practised overseas, and is admitted to practice in some Australian jurisdictions.

Dale is approved for all levels of criminal and civil legal aid. He serves on various prosecution panels throughout New Zealand, and is on the list of counsel for the International Criminal Court.
